Create Your Character
Pick a race and class. Name rules: keep it thematic, avoid real-world trademarks. Stats influence roles: Strength for melee, Dexterity for finesse, Intelligence/Wisdom for casters, Constitution for survivability, Charisma for social and some magic paths.
Choose a Faction
Good begins in the Sanctum of Dawn; Evil awakens in the Citadel of Ashes. Neutral paths may travel before pledging allegiance. Your faction affects starting quests, safe areas, and who can heal or train you.
Your First Steps
- Type look to understand the room.
- Try directions: north, south, etc.
- Gather basics: get items, wield weapons, worn to see gear.
- Speak with say, ask mentors for help.
